Innisfree House offers a perfect family holiday location set in exclusive grounds with a heated outdoor swimming pool (June - September) and only a stone's throw from the large sandy beach of the picturesque village of Llansteffan.

The House is the largest in the whole Complex, has magnificent views of the beach and across the bay to the Gower peninsula from the first floor lounge, huge balcony, kitchen, gym and from the second floor's three bedrooms. Double glazing and Central heating throughout. WiFi provided.

The spacious lounge has large comfortable sofas, a flatscreen T.V., DVD player, quality stereo system. It has a large bay window and patio doors leading onto the largest balcony at Innisfree, which is furnished with table and chairs, parasol and lounger.

The separate gym is fitted with two workout apparatus - for fitness enthusiasts why not workout while enjoying the sea view and pop into the heated pool in the grounds for a cool down? At times a two man Kayak is available to rent.

The kitchen/diner has excellent beach views and is fitted with electric fan oven, gas hob, hood, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. along with seated dining area. The utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and high chair. (There is a coin operated tumble dryer in the grounds should you need it).

Bedrooms are situated on the second floor. The spacious Master bedroom has a luxury King Size Bed facing a large Bay window with breathtaking views of the beach, castle, Gower Peninsula and sunrise!

There is a twin and a single room which can have a put-u-up bed added. All have fitted wardrobes, and beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The whole three floors sleeps up to 12 persons - please ask for details.

There is a Bathroom on the second floor fitted with bath and separate shower and wash basin. There are toilets on all three floors. The front door leads to the garden and pool area.

Bedding, bath mat, toilet rolls, tea towels, kitchen rolls, washing up sponge and liquid as well as electricity and gas are all included in the rental. There is a shared laundry room in the grounds with coin operated tumble dryer.

There is parking in front of the house.
